Cause You tried to reset the password for a role, but the security policy requires you to
provide the current password in order to change the password.
Effect The password is not changed.
Recovery Try again, but this time provide the current password.

24112 This user has a singleton role and cannot be granted another role.
Cause You attempted to grant a role to USERMGR or SECURITYMGR. These are special
users that can only have one role.
Effect The role is not granted.
Recovery Create another database user and grant the role combination desired.
