3. Run this LOG command to quit logging the session:

4. Open the text file on your workstation.
5. In the text file, delete unnecessary text, highlighted in yellow below, and add the word
“alter” in addition to parentheses, commas, and a semicolon to convert STATUS WMS
CONN output to ALTER WMS CONN syntax:
For the syntax, see the “ALTER WMS CONN Command” (page 108).
6. In the text file, list your connection rule and service associations after the predefined “HPS_”
rules and services. Keep in mind that the order of the connection rules plays an important
role in how the NDCS server evaluates the connection rules and assigns a service to the
client session.
7. The contents of the alterwmsconn.txt file should be similar to this text:
