Neoview System Monitor Quick Start (R2.3 SP3, R2.4)

Start the Neoview System Monitor
To start the Neoview System Monitor, use the Start menu:
1. Click Start→All Programs→HP Neoview System Monitor→HP Neovie w System Monitor.
NOTE: Alternately, you can double-click the NeoSysMon.exe executable file in the
installation folder or a shortcut to the executable file. The default location for the installation
folder is:
C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HP Neoview System Monitor\
The setup screen is displayed:

2. In the Server Name/IP field, type the host name or IP address (for example,
hpq0101.txn.busycorp.net or 16.105.83.62) of the Neoview platform. Or click the down arrow
to select from up to 10 previously used server names or IP addresses:
3. In the Server Port field, type the port number for the Neoview platform. The default port
number is 4746. If you suspect that a different port was assigned, contact the HP support
person who installed the server component of the Neoview System Monitor.
