Recovery Check why the RTS server process identified in the error message is not running,
fix any condition indicated by the returned operating system error, and try to restart the
process.

2025 Server process name could not be created - CPU is unavailable;
process id.

the node is unavailable or does not exist.
Effect The operation fails.
Recovery Do not attempt recovery. HP support will perform recovery operations in response
to an automatically generated dial-out message about this condition.

2027 Operating system error number while sending a startup message to
process name.

Cause The HP Neoview database software received the process control procedure error
number while sending a startup message to process name.
Effect Usually, the server process does not start.
Recovery Do not attempt recovery. HP support will perform recovery operations in response
to an automatically generated dial-out message about this condition.

2028 OSS server process name could not be created on node - insufficient
resources.

is the server process name.
Cause The HP Neoview database software was unable to create the OSS server process name
because there is not enough memory to create this process.
Effect The operation fails.
Recovery Do not attempt recovery. HP support will perform recovery operations in response
to an automatically generated dial-out message about this condition.
SQL 2029
2029 The new min value is greater than the current max value number.

is the current maximal value.
Cause The new minimal value is greater than the current maximal value.
Effect The new minimal value is not set.
Recovery Specify a new minimal value that is less than the current maximal value or specify
a new maximal value that is greater than the new minimal value.

2030 The new max value is less than the current min value number.
