1. Stop the current Dashboard host session:
a. From the Dashboard Client, open the Host Session window by clicking directly on the
blinking green Host icon at the top center of the screen.
NOTE: Be sure to click directly on the blinking green Host icon to avoid opening the
Help screen.
b. From the Host Session window, select File > Stop Session.
c. From the CSG main window, select the Start/Stop Host Session (blue chevron) icon to
stop the current session.
d. You are asked if you want to stop the host session. Select OK.
