Cause The command syntax is invalid. This could be caused by missing or invalid parameters.
Effect The operation fails.
Recovery Check the syntax for this command and reenter the command using the correct
syntax.

16 Current role must be revoked
Cause This command fails because the user has a current role. The current role must be
revoked before another role can be granted.
Effect The operation fails.
Recovery Reenter the command after revoking the user’s current role.

Cause The command entered requires ROLE.MGR privileges.
Effect The operation fails.
Recovery Verify that you have ROLE.MGR privileges and the role or user specified is owned
by ROLE.MGR, then reenter the command.
