Cause Unable to open the requested file for reading.

Cause An error occurred while trying to read from the requested file.
Effect Service request fails and Transporter jobs may terminate.

Attempt to begin too many concurrent transactions. (Svc Error: BT251:<fs
error code>: <SQL error code>)
Cause Client tried to start more concurrent transactions on server than what is permitted.
Effect Service request fails and Transporter jobs may terminate.
Recovery Modify the client program to avoid concurrent transaction requests. Refer to the
EMS messages for additional information.

Error while beginning a transaction. (Svc Error: BT254:<fs error code>:

Cause An internal error occurred while trying to start a new transaction.
Effect Service request fails and Transporter jobs may terminate.
