4. Click Next to display the Schedule page or Finish to schedule the operation to begin
immediately. If you select Next, DB Admin displays the Schedule Maintain Wizard:
Schedule Table Row Deletion
To minimize table size and improve table performance, you should periodically delete older
rows from tables. You can use the DB Admin Age Table operation to purge outdated rows that
meet a specified delete predicate.
Because an Age Table operation is long-running and can degrade performance, you should
schedule it for a time when it will have minimal impact on system resources and performance.
To perform an Age Table operation, refer to theNeoview Management Dashboard Client Guide for
Database Administrators.
Displaying Scheduled Operations' Status
1. Start DB Admin and log on using any user ID. You can view only the operations scheduled
by the user ID you used to log on.
2. Click the Operations tab to view operations for the logged-on user ID:
