Master Thread, Extract Task-Specific Messages
SESSION PARAMETERS
Cause This message displays the inputs provided for the task currently executing. The
message contains:
• Task Name
• Extract query
• Concatenate output files option
• Data Format
• Field Delimiter
• Rowset Size
• Character set conversion option
• Right trim option
• Null Character
• LogSeverityLevel
• Readers – IP address and port number for associated gelserver processes on the Neoview
platform
• Writers – output file/pipe names

Recovery This is an informational message only. No corrective action is needed.
Failed to initialize reader metadata.
Cause The gelserver failed to initialize all the reader-related metadata. Possibly problems
occurred in receiving metadata from the gelserver process on the Neoview platform, or the
metadata supplied is incorrect. Previous errors in the log provide details about the error.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC for analysis of accompanying error and warning messages.
