• There is no instance of that task running.
• The user submitting the STOP_TASK request does not have permission to stop that task.
Recovery Check the name of the task specified in the STOP_TASK request. If the task name
is not correct, fix the task name and retry the STOP_TASK request. If the user does not have
permission to stop the task, check with the local system administrator.

Cause Error while accessing the GEL_TASK_INSTANCE_RCVY repository table.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC for analysis of accompanying error and warning messages.

Received error while deleting recovery information for the task.
Cause Error while attempting to delete from the GEL_TASK_INSTANCE_RCVY repository
table.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC for analysis of accompanying error and warning messages.

Received error while fetching task instance status information.
Cause Error while accessing the GEL_TASK_INSTANCE_INFO repository table.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC for analysis of accompanying error and warning messages.

Recovery information exist for task instance that completed successfully.
Cause Recovery information exists in the GEL_TASK_INSTANCE_RCVY repository table
for this task, but the task completed successfully. This condition should not arise.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC to check for previous errors related to this task, and to have
the recovery information for this task removed from the GEL_TASK_INSTANCE_RCVY table.

Mismatch between Cmserver version version-number and on Loader and GEL
version version-number on Neoview. OR Mismatch between Repserver version
version-number and Gel version version-number on Neoview.
Cause A system version mismatch between the Loader and HP Neoview platforms. The
software on the Loader platform is not compatible with the software on the Neoview platform.
Recovery Contact the GMCSC to check the GEL system version on the Loader and Neoview
platforms by using the –gv command with the Linux Cmserver and the Neoview Repserver
processes. Install the correct software.
