Viewing System Events
You can view dial-out and database events on the Neoview platform by using the OSM Event
viewer.
1. Start DB Admin using “https” rather than “http”. Append the system URL with “:9991” and
click Enter.
2. To start the OSM Event Viewer, log on using the DBA role. The OSM configuration screen
is displayed:
3. From the Log Files list, select Collectors. The system displays a list of collectors. Select the
collector you want to view:
Collector for all events$0
Operational collector for dial-out events$ALT
Collector for database-related events: database activity, data loads, queries, and so on$DBA
Used by HP Support$ZLOG
Used by HP Support$ZPHI
4. At the bottom of the page, click Show Events. A new window opens to display events:
