What the file icons mean
In HP Mobile Printing, the icon next to an e-mail attachment or a file
identifies the file type, just as the file icons do in File Explorer. In
HP Mobile Printing’s e-mail view, the icon also indicates whether the
attachment is in the Pocket PC. For example:
The icon indicates that the file was not downloaded.
The icon indicates that the file was downloaded.
If an attachment cannot be printed or opened because the file format is
not supported, you will see the icon
next to it.
If you installed WESTTEK’s ClearVue viewers, you will see the ClearVue
icons in place of the Microsoft Office icons and the supported image
formats. For example:
Files that still show the Microsoft Office icons are Pocket Word and
Pocket Excel files.

Excel file
PDF file
image file
