running hpvmstatus -e on the VM Host. The display includes a summary of Integrity
VM commands executed on the VM Host plus other information.
ViewIntegrity VM log for VM allows you to display the events pertaining to the selected
virtual machines. The display is the result of running hpvmstatus -e -P vm-name on
the VM Host. To use this option, one or more virtual machines must be selected on the
current screen.
For more information, see the VM Manager online help and the HP Integrity Virtual Machines
Manager Version 3.5 Getting Started Guide.
Deleting a virtual machine using VM Manager from HP SIM and VSE Management Software
now results in the virtual machine also being deleted from HP SIM. In addition, when
creating a virtual machine using VM Manager, VM Manager now initiates re-identification
of the VM Host by HP SIM so that the new virtual machine is recognized and added to HP
SIM.
NOTE: The HP SIM identification process may take a minute or two to complete. If you
return to Virtualization Manager immediately after creating a virtual machine, the virtual
machine might not yet be included in the Virtualization Manager view but appears
automatically when identification completes. For information about a similar disjunction
between VM manager actions and the Virtualization Manager view, see A Virtual Machine
Deleted Soon After Being Created Might Appear in Virtualization Manager (page 53).
