HP Storage Provisioning Manager (SPM) Version 1.3 User Guide

1. From the Navigation tree, select Arrays, then click the Actions Import Arrays button at the
bottom of the window. (Alternatively, from the Global menu, select Catalog→Import→Arrays.)
The Import Arrays Into Catalog wizard appears.
2. Click the radio button for Manage Array Using.
3. Select the appropriate management type from the Manage Array Using list.
4. Click the Next button.
5. If you selected Manage Array Using SMI-S, enter into the appropriate fields:
a. The IP Address or host name
b. The SSL Port
c. The User Name
d. The Password
The IP address and port corresponds to the location of the SMI-S provider, and the login
corresponds to the login for the array.
