Matrix OE recovery management (Windows CMS only)
Provides support for disaster recovery protected IO services
Supports up to 2500 disaster recovery-protected logical servers in a two-site configuration.
The total of 2500 logical servers can include a combination of up to 500 physical (servers
with Virtual Connect) or virtual machines provisioned through Matrix OE logical server
management, and up to 2500 ESX virtual machines provisioned through Matrix OE
infrastructure orchestration services. Configurations using only Hyper-V virtual machines
provisioned through infrastructure orchestration services or in combination with ESX VMs
and/or other servers provisioned through logical server management are limited to a
total of 1500 disaster recovery-protected logical servers.
Support for 3PAR storage, allowing for continental distances using asynchronous replication
in addition to synchronous replication
Improved EVA asynchronous failover: eliminate vDisk full-copy during a planned failover

Storage Provisioning Manager (SPM) (Windows CMS only)
Improved usability through enhancements to SPM management of unmanaged SAN
configurations
Enhanced mechanism (using metadata logging onto HP devices) to help recover the SPM
state in a backup/recovery situation

Global Workload Manager (gWLM) for Integrity
Support for management of HP-UX vPars 6.0 and HP-UX vPars and Integrity VM 6.1
Fixes
The primary objectives of this release are to support of the latest HP hardware platforms, support
the latest revisions of already supported operating systems and hypervisors, add new functionality,
and fix software issues.
Several software updates improved performance in large scale environments.
