HP Integrity Virtual Server Manager 6.0 Release Notes

Access to virtual and remote console to manage vPars.
A new Console tab has been added to the GUI to enable users determine which of the vPars
have configured a virtual iLO remote console or an iLO console.
Support for N_Port ID Virtualization (NPIV).
The Storage tab displays the NPIV storage information for vPars.
Support for AVIO devices.
The Storage tab displays the AVIO devices attached to the vPars.
Virtual Server Manager menu is modified to include commands for vPars in addition to the
commands for virtual machines. The commands for vPars include commands to boot vPars,
stop vPars, restart vPars, and open a virtual iLO remote console for the vPars. For more

Utilization data for virtual storage is not supported
In Virtual Server Manager 6.0, utilization data for virtual storage is not supported.

Suspend, Resume, and Virtual iLO Remote Console commands are not supported
If Virtual Server Manager is installed on Integrity VM 4.3 or earlier, then Suspend, Resume,
and Virtual iLO Remote Console commands are not supported. These commands are supported
only on Integrity VM v4.3 PK2 and later.

vPars are not created when using DVD storage
When the storage type used is of type DVD (directory), you cannot create vPars.
