Step 7: Enter CMS Administrator credentials in Windows service RSJRAS

Edit the CMS Windows service RSJRAS (HP Operations Orchestration Remote Action Service) and change the

credentials to those of the CMS Administrator:

 Run services.msc, locate the service named RSJRAS, and double-click to open the properties.

 Click the Log On tab and select This account.

 Provide the account name and password used by the CMS Administrator user.

 Confirm and restart the service for the credentials to take effect.
