3. If any profiles show that the firewall is on, click Windows Firewall Properties and then:
a. In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security Properties window, select the tab that
corresponds with the firewalled profile.
b. Change the firewall state to Off and then click Apply.
c. Repeat the steps above for any profile that is on.
4. Click OK when finished.
To turn off all Windows firewalls for Windows 2012:
1. Open Server Manager select Logical Server and click on the Windows Firewall link.
2. Browse to Server Manager (Start Menu→Server Manager).
3. Click Windows Firewall on the Server Manager Server Summary page.
