In the following instructions, all path names reference C:\Program Files\HP\Systems
Insight Manager\hpwebadmin\webapps\ROOT\mxportal\home. If you have installed to
a different directory, make sure to replace C:\Program Files in the above path with the
appropriate install directory.
1. Rename intro.jsp to intro_original.jsp.
2. Copy matrixhome.jsp to intro.jsp.
3. Delete the old class file (it will be recreated when you view the new page) C:\Program
Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\jboss\server\hpsim\work\jboss.web\
localhost\_\org\apache\jsp\mxportal\home\intro_jsp.class.
4. To view the changes, launch HP SIM and validate the home page and banner changes.
NOTE: This home page displays as long as Options→Home Page Settings is set to "Introductory
page."
