Provisioning Manager.

WAIK is the Automated Installation Kit for and Microsoft Windows
Server 2008, available at the Microsoft website.
Installing Insight Control server deployment on Microsoft Windows
OSs localized in Italian or Spanish requires the English Microsoft
Windows AIK. The localized Italian or Spanish Microsoft Windows
AIK does not have support for WinPE IA-64, which is required to
install Insight Control server deployment.

Microsoft .NET 4.0 Framework can be installed and present on the CMS, but it cannot be set as the default.
