the Identity page of Instant TopTools displays the "Agents Version" field
with an "agent not installed" message, check to make sure the NetServer
Agents service is running on your Windows NT or 2000 servers.
If all else fails, start over
If, after using the above procedures, the HP NetServer still doesn't generate a
restart message or you can't access the web interface, reinstall the HP TopTools
Auto Alert and NetServer Agents software.
