Compatibility Information and Installation
Requirements
To use Serviceguard Extension for SAP on Linux (SGeSAP/LX) Version
1.0, the following hardware and software must be installed and
configured.
Hardware Requirements
All Serviceguard for Linux 11.15 hardware requirements apply. All
servers used need to be certified by SAP. The list of supported and
certified servers includes:
• HP ProLiant DL360 G3
• HP ProLiant DL380 G3
• HP ProLiant DL560
• HP ProLiant DL580 G2
• HP ProLiant DL740
• HP ProLiant DL760 G2
• HP ProLiant BL20P
• HP ProLiant BL40P
• HP ProLiant ML370 G3
• HP ProLiant DL585 (RHEL 3 U2 and above only)
Supported storage arrays include:
• HP Storageworks Virtual Array 7100, 7110, 7400, 7410
• HP Storageworks XP 48, 128, 512, 1024
NOTE Due to the SAP policies described below, only HP Storageworks fca2214
HBA are supported to achieve disk connectivity.
