IS520 Installation Step for SuSE:
In addition, for a one package installation you need the following package
control and configuration files:
cp /opt/cmcluster/sap/SID/sapdbci.sh \
${SGCONF}/<SID>/sapdbci.sh
For the two package installation you need:
cp /opt/cmcluster/sap/SID/sapdb.sh \
${SGCONF}/<SID>/sapdb.sh
cp /opt/cmcluster/sap/SID/sapci.sh \
${SGCONF}/<SID>/sapci.sh
For an application server package installation you need:
cp /opt/cmcluster/sap/sapapp.sh \
${SGCONF}/<SID>/sapapp.sh
Mandatory sap.config Parameters
Open the file ${SGCONF}/<SID>/sap.config with a text editor and edit
the section with mandatory configuration parameters.
IS550 Installation Step:
SGeSAP/LX IPF performs activities specific to the database you use.
Specify the underlying database vendor using the DB parameter.
Recognized values are: ORACLE and SAPDB.
IS560 Installation Step:
Provide information about the Central Instance that will be protected by
a Serviceguard package. Set the parameter CINR to the numeric
two-digit Instance ID of the Central Instance. Accordingly, set the
CINAME to the alphanumeric Instance Name of the Central Instance.
Example:
