A crash in the kernel package has been detected
Scope: Any HP ProLiant Gen8 system with SR-IOV enabled and running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x X86-64.
Resolution: This problem is fixed in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
Workaround: A workaround is available by limiting the maximum number of virtual functions to less than or equal to 45.
Use the following command:
modprobe ixgbe max_vfs=45,45
