<mini SFP+ serial number>) is only supported in certain high port count blades,
not blade in slot <slot number of blade that has the mini SFP+> w/ ID <Blade ID of
blade that has the mini SFP+ that does not support it>.
Probable Cause Indicates that the mini (form factor) SFP+ is supported only by a certain type of blade (FC8-64),
but it can be inserted in other blades.
Recommended
Action
Replace the mini SFP+ with an SFP or SFP+.

Probable Cause Indicates the checksum in an area on the SFP does not match with the computed one or there is
problem accessing the data.

Try reseating the SFP, if problem persists replace it.
