Viewing Statistics for Individual Printers
Individual printer statistics include the following:
• Jobs OpenedThe total number of print jobs opened since the HP IP/IPX Printer Gateway
was loaded.
• Jobs ClosedThe total number of print jobs completed since the HP IP/IPX Printer
Gateway was loaded.
• RequestsThe total number of requests submitted to the HP IP/IPX Printer Gateway,
internally or externally.
• Requests ProcessedThe total number of requests that have been processed since the
HP IP/IPX Printer Gateway was loaded.
• Docs OpenedThe total number of documents opened since the HP IP/IPX Printer
Gateway was loaded.
• Docs ClosedThe total number of documents closed since the HP IP/IPX Printer Gateway
was loaded.
• Requests FailedThe total number of requests that could not be processed completely
due to memory constraints or problems with the printer.
• Bytes Sent To PrinterThe total number of bytes (in hexadecimal) sent to the selected
printer since the HP IP/IPX Printer Gateway was loaded.
To view the statistics for an individual printer
1. At the server console, toggle to the Hewlett-Packard NDPS Gateway screen.
2. Select the Printer Gateways menu item from the Main Menu to start the HP Gateway
Printer Statistics screen.
3. Use the arrow keys to highlight the printer you want, and display the printer’s statistics.
4. Press [Esc] to return to the previous menu.
