What change was made?
The HP Support Center (http://www.hp.com/go/hpsc) Warranty Check tool continues to provide warranty results,
but no longer displays the product number in the results.
Why was this change made?
This change provides greater privacy and security for users and their service obligations.
What are the details of the changes to the Warranty Check tool?
The Warranty Check tool still provides information about the status of your warranty. In fact, the initial results
page has not changed. Figure 1 shows the results of entering a serial number into the Warranty Check tool:

However, if you click on View details, the product number is concealed, as shown in Figure 2:
