About HPSupport Center
HP Support Center provides support information and features for most HP commercial and enterprise
products. You can search the site, find product documentation, download software and drivers, participate
in discussion forums, and get help from HP by logging a case online or using chat or e-mail.
HP Support Center has two main areas:
l Product Support: Provides access to a wide variety of support information and features.
l Insight Online/My IT Environment: For IT professionals to view and manage information about their IT
environment. For more information about Insight Online, see the HP Insight Online User's Guide.
From the Product Support tab, you can perform the following tasks:
l Create an HP Passport account
l Identify and select your product
l Search HP Support Center
l Find product drivers, software and firmware
l Find product top issues
l Find advisories, bulletins, and notices
l Find most viewed solutions
l Find product manuals
l Use task-based information
l Use Customer Self Repair
