Important: Insight Remote Support 7.0.9 only supports SIM 7.2 or later. If a version of HP SIM
prior to 7.2 is installed, the Insight RS installer fails with a message that you must first upgrade
HP SIM. Make sure that you upgrade to HP SIM 7.2 or later before you upgrade Insight Remote
Support to 7.0.9.
Use the following table to determine what section to use for your upgrade:
