HP NonStop Server Systems
HP NonStop Server systems are currently not supported with the HP Insight Remote Support 7.0.9 software, but can be
monitored with the HP Insight Remote Support Advanced software.
HP AlphaServer Systems
HP only provides limited remote support for customers using HP Alpha servers. As with standard support, HP Insight
Remote Support version 7.x will attempt to discover these products as remotely monitored HP products and send
information about failure events to HP.
However, if there are issues with the operation of the remote monitoring features of HP Insight Remote Support version 7.x
for these specific products, including the remote discovery or the reporting of failure events to HP, then HP will resolve such
issues in a commercially reasonable manner but without guarantee of an immediate response or a resolution. If a failure
event is successfully received at HP, it is managed according to the support level agreement.
The following HP Alpha Server systems have this limited support:

Legacy Alpha servers that require DECEvent as well as HP AlphaServer DS20L are not supported.
Selected non-HP Servers
HP Insight Remote Support 7.0.9 provides remote monitoring support for select non-HP servers with a HP multivendor
support or HP Integrated Support Management services contract.
SNMP needs to be configured and enabled for these non-HP servers to be able to send events to the Hosting Device. For
setup instructions, see the HP Insight Remote Support Monitored Devices Configuration Guide available at
www.hp.com/go/insightremotesupport/docs.
