Important: SNMP should be active by default, but if it for any reason it is not, Insight
Remote Support will not be supported. It is critical to verify SNMP is active.
4. From the menu select Configuration → Services → SNMP Notification.
5. On the Configure SNMP Notification page, modify the SNMP settings to include the Hosting
Device as an SNMP Trap Host and select your Notification Level from the drop-down list (the
Informational level is recommended).
