Important
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 operating system support requires the installation and enablement of HP Insight
Management WBEM Providers (WMI) on the monitored device. It does not support the SNMP protocol.
Support for Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 is limited to the full server version only and is not available for the core
version as much of the required functionality is unavailable for this version.
OpenVMS support
 OpenVMS V8.3-1 or higher
 Dynamic Processor Resilience is now supported through the configuration of the Dynamic Processor Resilience
Adapter
Important
OpenVMS WBEM providers must be installed and the credentials properly configured for OpenVMS monitored devices.

HP-UX operating system support
Important – Information for all HP-UX versions
It is Critical that System Fault Management (SFM) is the last software component installed or upgraded from the list below.
System Management Web is optional, but it allows you to take full advantage of System Fault Management’s EVWEB GUI
component which allows viewing of events handled by SFM on the host.
HP WBEM Services, OnlineDiag and SysMgmtWeb are available on the HP-UX Operating Environment (OE) media and can be
selected for installation during the SFM installation
Patches are available from HP Support Center. After sign-in, click the Patch Management link from the left menu. Enter the
patch name into the search box and click GO.
On the preceding HP Integrity servers, the following minimum HP-UX software components are required to make them
eligible for HP Insight Remote Support 7.0.8:

Support.
