Important
When setting up the iLO 4, it is important to set the time zone. If the time zone is not set, events sent to Insight Remote
Support are displayed with a GMT offset. In iLO 4, browse to Administration Network  SNTP Settings to set the correct
time zone.
3. Install the appropriate diagnostic agents and then discover the HP ProLiant Gen8 itself (not the iLO 4) from the Insight
Remote Support Console.
This requires the installation and configuration of the appropriate HP Insight Management (IM) Agents or HP Insight
Management WBEM Providers on these servers. HP recommends installing HP Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) 2012.06.0 (B)

Only one configuration method should be selected; attempting to configure more than one will result in an unsupported
