3. Type the name of the management module in the System Name field.
4. Type the name of the contact person in the System Contact field.
5. Type the name of the location in the System Location field.
6. Type the Read community string.
7. Type the Write community string.
8. Type the Trap community string.
9. Click Save Settings to save the information.
10. In the Modular Cooling System web interface, set the Hosting Device as a trap receiver. The Trap
Receivers screen enables the Admin to add information for servers that should receive SNMP traps
from the management module.
To configure the Hosting Device to receive SNMP traps, complete the following steps:
a. Log on to the Modular Cooling System web interface.
b. Navigate to Setup → Management → Trap Receivers.
c. Click to enable or disable SNMP authentication traps from the Authentication Traps option.
d. Enable an SNMP trap receiver from the Trap Receivers 1 through 4 options.
