a. Select Administration in the left menu tree.
b. Create a user group with read-only access, if one does not already exist. Browse to
Administrative Tasks → New Group.
c. Create a new user. First select the group you created in the previous step, then go to
Administrative Tasks → New User. Type the User Name, Password, and click Add to add this
user to the read-only user group you created.
