Insight Remote Support Advanced for NonStop

1. Log onto the NSC/CMS with the same account used to install Insight Remote Support Advanced.
2. Enter the command desta whc off from a Windows command prompt window.
3. When run successfully, the following message appears in the CMS window:
• Webes Health Check end to end testing is now disabled.
• Webes Health Check logging is now disabled.
• Webes Health Check SMTP notification is now disabled.
Without WEBES HealthCheck being enabled, there will not be WEBES email notifications of WEBES
failures. You can use the NonStop OSM events created as part of IR delivery as an indication of
possible WEBES issues. Step 10 of Chapter 2 (page 9) describes these events.
