with the GCSC's CRG service – perform the Test Incident Report Delivery Paths action, located
under the System object in the OSM Service Connection.
TIP: To access the OSM Service Connection from within HP SIM, go to the home page for
the NonStop system, select the Tools & Links tab, and click on the OSM Service Connection
link.
a. In the OSM Service Connection, select the System object in the tree pane, right-click and
select Actions.
b. From the “Available Actions” drop-down menu in the Actions dialog box, select Test
Incident Report Delivery Paths and click Perform Action.
c. Click OK to dismiss the following confirmation dialog:
