1-1 Intended Audience
This manual is written for different level of expertise and knowledge about Remote Support. Some
parts of the manual contain very detailed information usually needed only by the HP Insight Remote
Support Advanced Support Group. However following the step by step instructions should allow all
users to successfully install and maintain the MPS.
Table 1-1 highlights the target audience for this document and the assumed knowledge level of
each audience type as well as their motivation for using this document.
NOTE: It is recommended that HP Support personnel are involved in the initial installation and
setup of MPS.
