6. Click Apply. The Verify Target Systems page is displayed, which allows you to review the target
systems that you have selected. To add more targets, click Add Targets. To remove a target, select
the check box associated with it and click Remove Targets.
7. Click either Schedule to run the task later or Run Now to run it now, depending on your business
need.
Configuring Service Providers
Use the following procedure to add a Service Provider and associate it with your Managed Devices. To
add a Service Provider you must have the Provider ID for that provider. A Provider ID is a unique ID
assigned to a Service Provider. If you do not know your Service Provider's ID, contact your Service
Provider.
Note: If all your support is provided by Hewlett-Packard, do not make any changes to this page.
1. To add a Service Provider, click Options → Remote Support Configuration and Services and
click the Service Providers tab.
2. Click Add Provider.
