14. Provide your administrator credentials so that RSSWM can install automatic updates that require
credentials.
Important: When installing on a Windows 2008 R2 CMS, the installation will fail if the
administrator password contains a '%' or '&' character. Using an administrator password that
does not contain the '%' or '&' character allows the installation to complete successfully.
Enter Domain, User and Password details and click Next.
15. Select your strategy for keeping your Insight Remote Support Advanced installation updated.
Note: The update strategy can be modified within the RSSWM interface at any time.
