Chapter 2: Installing Insight Remote Support Advanced on the Central Management Server
5. Locate the RSSWM Update package and click Install.
Wait for the package to install. When it finishes, close the RSSWM interface.
6. Locate the new shortcut placed on the desktop named Remote Support Software Manager User
Interface 5.80 and double-click the icon to open the RSSWMinterface.
7. In the left menu, select About and verify that the version number has changed to A.05.80.
8. In the left menu, click Actions. The Actions window appears.
9. In the Test Connectivity section, click Test.
10. In the Actions window, begin the installation of the A.05.80 packages.
