Question 14: How can I check that my HP Insight Remote Support is working
correctly?
Answer: It is possible to check that your HP Insight Remote Support Central Management Server
/Hosting Device is working correctly and that it is monitoring all of my managed devices
without issues by simply looking at the Service Health tab. This page will indicate if there are
any problems and give guidance on how to resolve them. It is strongly recommended that this
tab be checked on a regular basis.
