3.5 Submitted Incidents
Premium contract customers whose UDN configuration has been enabled to submit incidents can view a list
of incidents submitted to HP. From the UDN Home page, click on Submitted Incidents.
A table appears with the columns for Time (time of submission), the Incident GUID, and Description. The
Incident GUID is the Incident Globally Unique Identifier. This uniquely identifies the incident. When discussing
