Verifying Communication Using the Service
Health Tab
The Service Health tab feature enables the Remote Support Client to check the connection status of the
CMS and managed systems. The status indicates whether a connection exists between the CMS and
managed systems.
For CMS connectivity, shown at the top of the page, all of the following three pieces of information must
succeed for the icon to show a green checkmark:
l Connectivity of CMS to HP.
l If disk space of the CMS is below a certain threshold.
l The state of the Remote Support Client. Only the active state is green.
The status of the managed systems are shown in the table. You can validate the status individual
managed systems by selecting the check box and choosing Verify Selected Devices from the Action
List, and clicking Run Action.
