Chapter 2: Installing Insight Remote Support Advanced on the Central Management Server
If an issue is detected with the package install, the installation pauses, and the text is shown in
orange. Click More Info to display more information about the issue. You can then choose to Retry
the package install or Ignore the issue.
If the installation of the package fails, the installation pauses, and the text is shown in red. Click
Retry to attempt to install the package again. Optional packages will have the option to Ignore the
failure and proceed with the installation.
When the status windows shows the packages are all installed, click Next.
12. Select your strategy for keeping your Insight Remote Support Advanced installation updated.
Note: The update strategy can be modified within the RSSWM interface at any time.
