Chapter 5: Troubleshooting Reports
This chapter provides information to help you identify and resolve issues you might encounter when
generating reports.
Understand Error Messages
The following table describes common error messages that display on the user interface:
Error Message Description
No data found There is no data available.
Select one or more items from the list You did not enter a required field.
You have no reports available. Select New
Report to create a report
You have no generated reports.
You have no saved templates. Select a
report and use the save option to create a
template
You have no saved templates.
Report Title is required You did not enter a required report title.
No Devices selected or No Collection
Information was returned for the selected
devices
There are no devices in the list.
The specified email address is invalid.
Please try again. Valid address example:
[e-mail]
You must enter a valid email address to receive an
email notification when the report completes.
