This document provides an overview of the Reports feature in HP Insight Online. This document is

intended for users of Insight Online who are using the Reports feature to generate reports and describes

tasks such as generating, accessing, and viewing reports.

Product Overview

HP Insight Online provides one-stop, secure access to the information you need to monitor the devices in

your IT environment from anywhere, anytime.

HP Insight Online is a key component of the Proactive Insight experience. Through the HP Support Center

portal, Insight Online automatically displays devices remotely monitored by HP Insight Remote Support

software and easily tracks service events and support cases, displays device configurations, monitors

your HP contracts and warranties, and generates reports.

Sign-in with HP Passport to use Insight Online. You can efficiently monitor, track and service your HP

devices using Insight Online. With authorization from their customers, HP Authorized Channel Partners

can remotely review their customers' IT environment to provide support and consultation. For more
