HP_PowerMeter is used to model the power consumption within power supplies on ProLiant Servers.
The Windows®-specific implementation class is HP_WinPowerMeter. Not all systems support
reporting power consumption information.
NOTE: Power supply numbers for existing instances do not change when other power supplies are
added and removed.
