This version of operating system cannot support more
than 64 logical processors, however the system
currently has more than 64 logical processors. This
wastes processing power because the system simply
cannot recognize processors above the 64 processor
limit.

RecommendedActions
Reduce the number of logical processors to 64 by
disabling hyper-threading. This can be done by
restarting the system to invoke ROM-Based Setup Utility
(RBSU), then select <System Options> followed by
<Intel Hyperthreading Options> to change Enabled to
Disabled
