RequestPowerStateChange Method parameters:
PowerState—Input parameter of the new power
state requested. Supported values are: Power On
(2), Power Cycle Soft Off (5), Power Off Soft (8).
ManagedElementInput parameter with the
reference to the HP_WinComputerSystem instance
for the power state change.
The Time, Job and TimeoutPeriod parameters are
not supported and should be zero or NULL.

2-3-5 HP_PowerManagementCapabilities
HP_PowerManagementCapabilities extends the class CIM_PowerManagementCapabilities to model
the server power management capabilities. Only one instance of HP_PowerManagementCapabilities
is instantiated on a ProLiant server.
